Three independent conditional-field pairs stacked into one flow: bring-your-own-device (needs a 15-digit IMEI) vs. a new device on financing, physical SIM (needs a shipping address) vs. eSIM (instant, no address), and a brand-new number vs. porting one in from another carrier (needs the losing carrier's name and account number). None of the three affect each other — good practice for keeping conditional-visibility logic isolated instead of accidentally coupling it.
