The seat map blocks you until the number of selected seats exactly matches the passenger count — not more, not fewer. The passenger-details step is generated dynamically: one name/DOB pair per seat, so the form's shape depends on an earlier answer instead of being fixed markup. Cancellation refunds are computed from the actual departure date/time you booked, same date-driven pattern as the hotel scenario but with a different threshold.
